100% of our products are designed in Italy and made in the territory of Tuscany using only and exclusively luxury leathers from Italy. Our products are made in our laboratory only and exclusively by hand by Italian master craftsmen.
The time required to dispatch an order depends on the destination and the payment method.
Once payment has been received and verified (this usually requires around 48h), a parcel for dispatch to Italy or the European Union (Switzerland excluded) is shipped in 2 -7 days.
A package with a non-European Union destination takes longer. For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, IGGbags takes 7-12 days to dispatch.
Who will the goods be delivered by?
For our shipments, we use the couriers BRT, DHL, UPS depending on the destination of the goods.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary according to the place of destination.
Italy: Free shipping for purchases of € 99.00 and over (for orders under € 99, shipping costs € 8.90)
Europe: Shipping costs from € 14.90
Non-EU: Shipping costs from € 25.90
Will the shipment be insured?
Of course. Every shipment we make is insured. Insurance is already included in the shipping price.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times also vary depending on the destination:
Italy: 2 - 5 working days (one more day for shipments to islands and surrounding areas).
Europe: 5 - 7 working days (1/2 days more for shipments to Switzerland).
Non-EU: 7 - 12 working days.
Bespoke and/or customised products: 20 - 40 working days.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
As explained in the GCS of the online shop, the customer will have to pay the customs duties of the destination country, if due.
All customs duties in the country of origin (Italy), will be paid by IGGbags.
Can I return an article if I change my mind?

How should I return the item?

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including the bag and all materials supplied. You can contact IGGbags by phone or email to inform us of your decision.
IGGbags will schedule collection directly from your home. Alternatively, you can send the package yourself (we suggest using a service with insurance).

Are your items covered by guarantee?
Our items are covered by the guarantee provided for by law. Should a nonconformity occur in the first 2 months, IGGbags will have to justify it or repair the item. After 2 months, the customer must demonstrate the nonconformity.
This guarantee will be applied only if the article has been used correctly
The correct use of the article includes these rules:
• The first rule for the correct use of the article is to exercise common sense. Without this, all the rules will be to no avail.
• Do not leave the item exposed to direct sunlight for long periods of time.
• Do not leave the item near heat sources.
• Do not expose the article to severe weather conditions.
• Do not use solvents or creams to clean the bag. This would cause irreparable damage to the leather. Should the bag get dirty, wipe it with a damp cloth. Let it dry naturally.
• Avoid forcing the bag in any way, distorting its shape.
