Each item sold by IGGbags is a unique and inimitable piece of handmade craftsmanship. Another bag of the same model may be requested, but the type of leather and the colour may be slightly different.

Generally, in addition to paying the customs clearance fees, the customer does not have to intervene in customs procedures. However, sometimes the customs authorities of the country of destination may require the intervention of the customer.
